The network is completely separate from the hospital's own healthcare network, leaving no weak links in the security of patient data.

All points of the network are monitored by our advanced system and should a fault occur, it will immediately alert engineers to rectify the problem. Due to the technology used and backups and fail-safes in place, we have a very reliable network and can offer highly competitive service level agreements.

As well as on-ward access, we provide internet solutions for staff accommodation blocks. These meet the same high standards as the patient internet services and are covered by service level agreements and monitoring systems.

Internet access systems can also be integrated, with one system covering both patients and staff – and each user’s access can be individually controlled, meaning staff can have different and more permanent options than patients.
